Emily Wilks – Leadership Coach and Counselling Psychologist

Emily Wilks is a registered Counselling Psychologist. She has a Bachelor Degree (Science – Psychology) from the University of Melbourne and a Masters Degree in Psychology (Counselling) from Swinburne University. She also has a Diploma of Management.
Emily has extensive experience in counselling, coaching, leading and mentoring, having worked in private practice as well as senior leadership and executive roles within a range of state government services for more than a decade including, education, behaviour consultancy, family support services, health and wellbeing, and disability.

Emily will assist you to gain clarity on your personal goals and your plan to achieve them. She will be your accountability partner as you implement the changes and support you to overcome any internal and external hurdles along the way.
Emily also assists leaders including senior managers and executives, as well as other individuals, in a range of life areas including leadership, career progression, wellbeing, relationships, personal fulfilment and work-life balance.
Emily’s professional approach is strongly client centered and strengths based. Emily strives to provide a safe, welcoming place to explore your difficulties and draw out your inner capabilities, resources, creativity and strengths in a way you may not have experienced before. The objective being to facilitate your thinking, assist you to make positive changes and find unique and innovative strategies and solutions that will work for you.
